In compliance with article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 of 11 July on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI), these are the details of the owner of bemedi.app:

- Activity: online intermediation between patients and health professionals (search engine and appointment booking). BeMedi is not a healthcare centre and provides no healthcare services; no prior administrative authorisation is required.
- Registration details: the owner is a natural person acting as a sole trader; not registered in the Commercial Registry.
Prices
BeMedi is free for patients. Consultation prices are set and charged by each professional, are shown as indicative and, unless stated otherwise, do not include taxes. Plans for professionals are shown on the “For professionals” page with the applicable taxes indicated; during launch no plan is charged.
Terms of use, privacy and cookies
Accessing and using bemedi.app implies acceptance of the terms of use, the privacy policy and the cookie policy. Subscriptions by professionals are governed by the terms in force at the time of acceptance.
Intellectual property and third-party content
BeMedi’s software, design, trademarks and texts belong to its owner or licensors; no rights are granted beyond the use of the platform. Profiles and reviews are the responsibility of those who publish them. Maps use data © OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL licence) and the Leaflet library (BSD-2 licence); cities come from GeoNames (CC BY 4.0); blog cover photos come from Unsplash and are published with credit to their author under the Unsplash licence. The platform is hosted on Cloudflare.
Liability
BeMedi takes no part in the care relationship and is not liable for the care provided by professionals. Links to third-party sites are provided for information only; BeMedi does not control their content. The owner is not party to any code of conduct.
Governing law
This notice is governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may bring claims before the courts of your domicile.
