Frequently asked questions
How much does BeMedi cost for speech therapists?
You can start free, with up to 5 online appointments a month. The Pro plan costs €19 a month plus VAT, with unlimited appointments, the first month free and no lock-in. During launch all plans are free. We will email you at least 30 days before any charge starts, and you only pay if you choose a paid plan.
Do my patients need to create an account?
No. They can book as guests with their name and email; their phone number only if you ask for it. If they create an account, they see all their appointments in one place.
Can I keep taking bookings by phone or WhatsApp?
Yes. Add them to your calendar by hand and, if you like, BeMedi emails the patient a confirmation. That way they never clash with online bookings.
What do I need to sign up?
An account, your registration or licence number and at least one location (or online consultation), one service and opening hours. We review every profile by hand, usually within 1-2 working days, and email you when it is published.
Do you store medical records?
No. BeMedi manages the directory and the schedule. We only store the minimal administrative details of each appointment.
